The agave aroma is intense with herbal tinges of mint and rosemary, delicate hues of flowers and black pepper, hints of grapefruit and pineapple. It is crisp and clean, well balanced and exceptionally smooth.
On the nose, the Avion Silver Tequila is fresh and vegetal with some floral notes. Its very mellow and hides its alcohol well. The spirit is exceptionally smooth and buttery and is soft enough to hold on the palate, a solid feat for unaged tequila. The taste is agave and fruit most notably, pineapple and citrus plus some herby qualities and white pepper during the long finish. ABV 40
