Mexico- The initial nosings discover interesting scents of chalk/slate, green vegetable, and grass... The palate entry is pleasantly peppery and off-dry; by midpalate the astringent vegetal taste is underpinned by a satiny texture. Concludes lean and peppery.
 
Tasting notes: golden light amber chinaco reposado has a generous nose of citrus zest peach and apple hinting of dill and quince. Clean fresh flavors carry through on the palate with full depth and balance capped by a medium-long lingering fruity spicy finish.
