Coating and chewy on the palate, the caramelized sugar notes dominate initially before soft oak spice and baked orchard fruits slowly creep in with buttered toffee. The finish is long and balanced with a soft ribbon of spice threaded through the rich brown sugar and caramel before a slow fade of vanilla.
