Named after our Founder’s recently born daughter, Penelope Bourbon is our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey uniquely blended from three bourbon mash bills.  Each barrel is hand-selected and blended into a single batch for your enjoyment.   Remarkably smooth and flavorful, Penelope is perfect whether sipping neat or using in your favorite cocktail.
 
Penelope Architect Bourbon (750ml):
Architect is the new blueprint for precision blending. The first build in this series combines our signature four grain mash bill with two styles of French oak staves. Working in collaboration with Tonnellerie Radoux of France, the market leader in oak barrel manufacturing and innovation, we selected each stave using their state-of-the-art OakScan® process to construct a truly memorable flavor profile. After all, the best architecture leaves no room for error.
 
Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon (750ml):
Bourbon in its purest form.  Penelope Barrel Strength pushes the boundaries of our signature four grain balanced flavor profile. Each batch is blended from three bourbon mash bills aged in new American oak barrels and completely uncut and non chill-filtered. Each barrel was hand selected and blended into a single batch in order to create this unique offering.
 
Penelope Toasted Series Barrel Strength Bourbon (750ml):
Penelope Bourbon Toasted Series explores new and unique expressions of our signature four grain straight bourbon whiskey. After full maturation in charred new American oak barrels, we finish Penelope Bourbon™ in a new, freshly toasted barrel. Each batch is a unique blend of our signature three bourbon mash bills and all have different custom chars & toasts – making each bottle unique and different. The barrels selected for this series are the best our inventory has to offer and go through an extensive hand-selection process.
