TASTING/NOSE
Caramel, Vanilla, Toasted Corn, Amber Honey, Custard, Nutmeg, with a hint of Spicy Oak. Well balanced, mature character with a robust yet mellow finish.
Our bourbon is non-chill filtered, imparting an exquisite mouthfeel and full-bodied finish.
DRINKS
While it can be used in mixing in elegant cocktails, it is meant to be sipped Neat or with Ice.  Cocktails – Manhattan, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Mule, etc.
