The nose opens with inviting aromas of fig, cocoa, orange and raisin, followed by rich sherry notes and a gentle smokiness. The palate is big, bold and rich, offering robust flavors of dark chocolate, raisin, citrus peel, tropical fruit, vanilla, Oloroso sherry and spice. Notes of ginger, licorice, oak and charcoal emerge on the long, balanced finish.
