After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received. This does not confirm that your order will be fulfilled, as all orders are subject to the pending availability of a product.
Please ensure that your address and zip code are correct and complete (unit #, floor # etc.) when placing an order.
Returns:
Returns will not be accepted; All Sales are Final.
If the order arrives and there is no one to sign for the delivery, resulting in the order returning back to Sunrise Food & Liquor, then there will be a 30% restocking fee for the products.

Product Damage:
Once the product arrives and the customer accepts delivery, then Sunrise Food & Liquor is no longer responsible for any damage. Customers must check the order and then accept delivery of the products.

Legal:
Sunrise Food & Liquor will arrange shipping on behalf of the buyer to an address furnished by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of illegal actions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Item photos may not reflect the actual bottle being shipped. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
